Silkscreen Printing

Silkscreen printing is a versatile printing method, which uses a fined mesh (make from synthetic polymer) or a small aperture, which is mounted tightly onto a frame (make from either wood or aluminium). With the help of a piece of squeegee, ink, photo emulsion and screen, we are already able to print out any image onto the products. Silkscreen printing with its different type of inks, is commonly used on flat products (Ceramics, Textiles, Wood, Paper, Glass and Plastic Materials).

Pad Printing

Pad Printing is a type of process which can transfer a 2D image into a 3D object. Silicone rubber is used to transfer the solvent-based ink layer picked up by the printing plate onto the subject / material surface. By using this printing method, we can print on round products (such as pens, pencils and bottles), metal items (such as metal keychains, thumb drives, power banks and so on), items that curved inwards, outwards and also on items that have more than 2 angles (Precision tools such as brackets, swiss army knife and so on) , textures fabrics, flat products, and many more.

UV Printing

UV Printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultraviolet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. Advantages of using UV printing are that the ink can dry on plastic and other non-porous materials (Such as food containers, ceramic items, adapters, crystals and so on). It can also be used on acrylic and aluminums materials and most importantly, full color printing can be done at a minimum cost if compare with Silk-screening or Pad Printing. This curing process is also environmental friendly as it produces few odor and VOC’s.

Sublimation Printing

UV Printing is a form of digital printing that uses ultraviolet lights to dry or cure ink as it is printed. Advantages of using UV printing are that the ink can dry on plastic and other non-porous materials (Such as food containers, ceramic items, adapters, crystals and so on). It can also be used on acrylic and aluminums materials and most importantly, full color printing can be done at a minimum cost if compare with Silk-screening or Pad Printing. This curing process is also environmental friendly as it produces few odor and VOC’s.

Crystal Film Printing

Crystal Film Printing is a form of digital printing that prints on transparent film and than stick the latter onto the crystal using special glue. The glue on the crystals needs to be evenly distributed before sticking the film onto the crystal.

Full Colour Digital Printing c/w Epoxy Dome

Full Colour Digital Printing is a form of printing that print from digital based images directly to a variety of materials. Usually it is printed using ink-jet or laser printer and able to print in high volume. If the printing image is small (Not more than 5cm in size), it can comes together with epoxy dome (A clear plastic coating which able to make your printing looks elegant and protect it from damage).

Machine Embroidery

Machine Embroidery is a form of computerized technique using embroidery software to do stitching on top of materials. Embroidery is usually done on fabric materials such as bags, caps, T-Shirts, Blankets and so on. A fine embroidery is usually define by how fine is each count of stitches from the logo artworks or monograms.

Laser Engraving

Laser Engraving is a type of engrave (Energy from a high percentage of the light energy which turns into heat) which uses beam emitted from a controller. The beam emitted from it allows the controller to trace patterns into the material surface. It uses method of cutting through the paint of a metal part and this is generally how a material is laser engraved. Most solid flat surface items can be engraved such as name card holders, metal pens, keychains, jewelries and so forth. Laser Engraving can offer an alternative printing which replaces hot stamping and pad printing. Most importantly, it creates LONG LASTING EFFECT.
